PROJECT MARKETING

We specialise in land sales across both boutique estates and large-scale developments, with proven experience delivering projects from targeted 20-lot releases through to multi-stage masterplanned communities exceeding 800 lots.

KOHAM operates across both wholesale and retail sales environments, connecting projects with builder networks, established selling groups and end buyers. We actively manage release sequencing, pricing and market conditions to maintain momentum, protect value and drive consistent results across the lifecycle of the project.


FINANCE & CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION

KOHAM provides full contract, finance and settlement administration across the sales lifecycle, ensuring every transaction is managed with accuracy, transparency and control.

This includes contract preparation and management, deposit tracking, reporting, commission handling and ongoing buyer liaison. Working closely with developers, private lenders and partners, we provide clear visibility across all financial and contractual stages — supporting a smooth path from sale through to settlement.


TOWNHOUSE & APARTMENT SALES

KOHAM also manages the sales and marketing of townhouse and apartment developments, where buyer profiling, pricing discipline and timing are critical to performance.
